Ron Ventura was the Realtor for our house we recently purchased. He was referred to us by a friend who had worked with him prior. His professionalism showed from the beginning. He was able to find us listings that matched our criteria, providing us with updated lists daily. A true Las Vegas local, he knows the city and the market. He was able to provide us much needed counsel in regard to buying a house from finding the right house, the right sellers, in the right area, with the right deal. As a mediator, he was able to quickly and efficiently negotiate with our seller in order to set us up with a fair and honest price. Any question we had (there were many), he immediately gave us a response. The best part of working with Ron (besides the knowledge he possesses regarding his practice), was the honesty and manner in which he conducts his business. He was aggressive enough with offers to attain a fair price, without insulting the seller. He gave us advice about certain houses and areas, even if it was what we didn't want to hear. He was patient and open with a couple of novice home-buyers, which is a testament to his character. You won't get any lip service with Ron, he's a stand up guy who will do what it takes to make sure you get into your dream home. I could say the same about any of his staff as well. Everyone we dealt with from his office possesses the same traits. Would I do business with Ron again? In a heartbeat.

It was all completed via email and virtual review of the property, except for the signing of the completed documents that were delivered by an agent who went through them with us.
