About Ron Ventura

Ron Ventura is the Broker throughout the State of Nevada for Allison James Estates and Homes (AJI), one of the nation’s top full service residential real estate brokerage firms. Ron is a Las Vegas-native and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he received a BSBA in Marketing.

Upon graduation, Ron immediately pursued a career in real estate and acquired his broker sales license in 2006. After three years of deeply rooting himself in commercial real estate, he branched out to become a widely successful residential broker for Beyond Reality. His combined experience in commercial and residential real estate earned him the accolade of being one of the most recognizable and sought after real estate professionals in Clark County.

Real estate runs deep in the family. Ron’s father, Sam, has been a successful, well-known real estate developer for over 40 years. His three siblings also followed in the familial footsteps to become acknowledged real estate professionals.

Ron is a dedicated, loving husband and father. A thrill seeker at heart, he loves skydiving, zip lining and other adventure sports. Most notably, he competed in the Super Spartan, a grueling 10-mile obstacle course race.
